Cancer Support: Creative Recovery™

Cancer was the catalyst for change in my life. I didn’t understand that or “get it” the first time, when I was only 26 years old, or even the second time when I when I was 29. If the first two diagnoses were gentle nudges, trying to wake me up to my soul’s purpose, then the third time was a bulldozer announcing that shocking transformation was on the way!

As luck would have it – the third time saved my life.

News of a cancer diagnosis can be devastating. It can also be an incredible opportunity to stop, reflect, and re-emerge into the world with a vision large enough to support your “new normal." Instead of rushing back to the way things were, what if you could use cancer as an invitation to step into a life yet unlived, opening you up to all kinds of amazing possibilities?

We give life it’s meaning by the way we choose to live it.animation
Discovering a more “creative” way of living was crucial to my own “recovery”, not only from cancer, but from the deeper wounds and a sense of limitation I wasn’t even aware I had been carrying around for most of my life.

Another world is not only possible, she is on her way.
On a quiet day I can hear her breathing.” – Arundhati Roy

Pasha facilitates workshops and retreats that encourage self-expression, self-acceptance and playful exploration. She supports you in experiencing the love and support that is available to you. You are not alone.

Pasha weaves her personal and professional understanding of what it is to have an intimate relationship with the unknown into all of her groups. She inspires and supports you in experiencing life full heartedly, even if it's a little scary.

The structure of each workshop is designed to create a safe, holding and non-judgmental environment.  Participants can explore and share their feelings and world through a variety of creative mediums such as paint, collage, writing and music.  To help reduce stress yoga, relaxation and breathing exercises are taught as well as guided meditations, image work and affirmations. No art experience is necessary, just a willingness to show up and turn down the volume of your “inner critic."

Connect imagination to possibility and dream big!

One day and weekend workshops or retreats can be scheduled at locations throughout the United States and internationally.

Please phone (808) 633-1387 or email Pasha to discuss the specific needs of your group or organization. contact.
